Understands and practices universal safety precautions. • Maintains legible and accurate documentation on all hard copy forms. • Decontaminates, wraps, sterilizes surgical instruments. • Maintains production supplies. • Maintenance includes: cleaning and disinfecting of autoclave room, supply room, cleanroom, distribution room, evaluation room and equipment according to the SOP. • Maintains a neat and organized work station. • Keeps and maintains accurate sterilization, cleaning and other related lab logs. • Performs tasks in a safe manner in compliance with all current safety policies and applicable regulations.   Qualifications: • Either AA degree and/or Bachelor of Science degree in a life science field is preferred or equivalent education/experience in an allied health care field. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities. • Must have computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in compliance through standard operating procedures • Must be able to work within a team environment while maintaining cooperative working relationships. • Maintains confidentiality of all records and information, which pertains to donors, families, employees, the organization and related areas.   TargetCW is an equal opportunity employer.
