We are seeking an organized and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Staffing division. You will play a crucial role in the support of the Staffing team. You will assist a few of our Recruiters, the Director of Staffing, and will assist with overall administrative support. The right candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a “can-do” attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with coordination of interviews, creating intriguing job descriptions, and other administrative tasks as needed (50%)
• Support Director and Staffing team by reorganizing and streamlining department material and other administrative tasks as needed (20%)
• Develop training material (10%)
• Assist with reporting such as weekly audit reports and ad hoc reports (10%)
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed (10%)

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience supporting fast-paced teams, recruiting support preferred
• Experience with iCIMS and HubSpot or relevant ATS/CRM tools
• Ability to troubleshoot, think creatively, multi-task, and work effectively in an ever changing, fast-paced environment
