    HR Administrative Assistant

    Pay Rate: $19/Hour


    Our client is looking for an HR Admin to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position will provide administrative support to the staffing team by scheduling onsite interviews, making travel arrangements, maintaining outlook calendars and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. This is a fast-paced environment.




    Greet internal and external customers

    Administration of complete employee life-cycle including on-boarding, HR-related intranet maintenance, and day to day HR operations.

    Initiate drug screens and background investigations for new hires

    Maintain employee requisition database that supports HR Business Partners by managing candidate’s information through the recruiting/hiring process

    Provide employee requisition folders and interviewing brochures to HR Business Partners

    Schedule onsite interviews for local and out of state candidates

    Backup to HR Admin Specialist for various tasks including running term report, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and WW requisition report


    High School diploma/GED

    2-5 years of administrative experience

    Advanced computer skills in MS Office environment, Outlook

    High attention to detail and accuracy. Proofreading and editing skills essential

    Excellent typing and professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required

    Provide professional support for phone inquiries

    Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidential information is essential

    Will be required to become familiar to HR recruiting process and release/track new employee requisitions on a regular basis (environment in fast paced with high requisition volume)


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience working in a corporate HR dept is preferred  

    Workday experience also preferred
